Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order that you are withdrawing from the purchase, without giving a reason. If one order is delivered in several shipments, this period starts when you receive the last item. Notify us of your decision within that period at info@blueverse.be or by another unequivocal statement. Please include your name and order number if possible. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the items.

Contact us before shipping for the appropriate return instructions. Special packaging and transport conditions may apply to perfume, sprays and other fragrance products; please use a carrier authorised to transport these products. This request to contact us does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs
For an ordinary withdrawal, when you decide not to keep your purchase, you pay the direct cost of returning the items. The amount depends on the country of dispatch, the carrier and the parcel. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you received an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs. In that case, contact us at info@blueverse.be.
Condition of the products
You may handle an item to the extent reasonably necessary in a physical shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that. If possible, return the item with its original packaging and accessories; the absence of the ordinary shipping packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
Sealed products
The statutory exception for sealed goods applies only if, after the seal has been broken, the product is genuinely unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Opening the shipping box or opening a perfume does not automatically mean that you lose your right of withdrawal. Your rights in respect of an incorrect or defective product remain unaffected.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the purchase price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost of a more expensive delivery option chosen by you will not be refunded. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery costs are normally not refunded. We will issue the refund no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We will refund you using the same payment method, unless we agree otherwise, and without charging any refund fees.
