Shipping policy
At Parfumsense, you can see the available delivery options and our shipping charges at checkout before you pay. The options depend on your delivery address and the total shipping weight of your order.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands and the European countries for which a shipping option appears at checkout. The United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are also available. If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping charges
- Belgium: standard delivery €7; free standard delivery on orders of €70 or more. Express delivery costs €11.
- Netherlands: standard delivery €8.75.
- Other available countries: the charge varies by country and weight band. The exact amount for your order is shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time
- Belgium: standard delivery 3–5 working days; express delivery 1–2 working days.
- Netherlands and other available EU countries: usually 3–5 working days.
- United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland: usually 5–8 working days.
These are estimates from the time of dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will send you a dispatch confirmation once your order has shipped. If tracking is available, the tracking details will be included.
Orders outside the EU
Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs clearance fees. These charges are not automatically included in our shipping charge and may be collected from the recipient by local authorities or the carrier, unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
