Terms of service
Terms of Service
Version dated 30 September 2026. These terms apply to consumer orders placed with Parfumsense through parfumsense.com. The seller is Blueverse (a Belgian private limited company, BV), established at Frans Gaillystraat 41, 2610 Wilrijk (Antwerp), Belgium. Enterprise number: 1004.122.620. VAT number: BE1004122620. Contact: info@blueverse.be. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
1. Products and information
We describe our products as carefully as possible. The product page shows the main characteristics and price. Before purchasing, check the current product information; before use, always read the label, warnings and instructions on the packaging. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly, but a material difference from the product ordered does not limit your statutory rights.
2. Prices and orders
Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Available delivery methods, shipping charges and any other mandatory costs are shown before final payment. At checkout, you can review and correct your order and details. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will not subsequently change the agreed price of an order that has already been confirmed.
If a product is unexpectedly unavailable or an obvious pricing or input error occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and discuss an appropriate solution. We will not charge a higher price without your consent; if the order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the relevant amount already paid.
3. Payment
You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Any charges associated with a payment method are shown before payment. Never send complete payment card details by email or through the contact form.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries for which a delivery option is shown at checkout. The shipping policy and checkout show the available delivery methods, charges and expected time frames. If no specific delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless a legally valid arrangement has been made with you. If there is a delay, we will inform you and your statutory rights remain applicable.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has physically received the product. If a parcel is missing or damaged, contact info@blueverse.be; we will investigate and handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
5. Withdrawal and return costs
As a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The notification, return period, any statutory exceptions and reimbursement are explained in our return and refund policy. For an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product was delivered, we will deal with the necessary return costs in accordance with your statutory rights. Opening a shipping box or a perfume does not automatically end the right of withdrawal.
6. Statutory guarantee and complaints
New consumer goods are covered by the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery. As the final seller, Blueverse is your point of contact. Any commercial guarantee offered by a manufacturer is in addition to these statutory rights and does not limit them. Report a problem to info@blueverse.be with your order number and a description; photos may help, but are not a general requirement for exercising your rights.
7. Use and liability
Use the products for their intended purpose and follow the directions and warnings on the label. We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where doing so is prohibited by law.
8. Privacy and disputes
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. For a question or complaint, you can contact us at info@blueverse.be or at the business address stated above. We try to resolve complaints by mutual discussion. If that is unsuccessful, you can find information about out-of-court dispute resolution from the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be); we do not undertake in advance to participate in a specific procedure.
The contract is governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection applicable under the law of your country of residence. The competent court is determined in accordance with applicable law.
9. Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. An order remains subject to the terms that applied when that order was placed.
